1. Subject matter and scope
1.1. The present General conditions regulate the use of the website of the Albergue Walk (www.alberguemondelcamino.com) and reservations of accommodation or services made through it or by other means (telephone, e-mail or authorized platforms).
1.2. By formalizing a reservation, the client claims to have read and accepted these conditions in full.
1.3. Any issue not provided for under these conditions shall be governed by the rules in force on tourism, consumption and electronic commerce applicable in Spain and the Foral Community of Navarra.

3. Conditions of use of the website
3.1. Access to the website and its use are the exclusive responsibility of the user, who undertakes to do so in a legal, ethical and good faith manner.
3.2. The Albergue it does not guarantee the continued availability of the website, nor is it responsible for possible technical errors or service interruptions, although it undertakes to solve them as quickly as possible.
3.3. The user may not perform actions that alter the content or operation of the website, or use it for unlawful or harmful purposes.
4. Reserve process
4.1. Reserve channels
Reservations may be made through:
- The form or contact of the official website.
- Telephone or direct email with the Albergue.
- External booking platforms, if enabled.
4.2. Data required
To confirm a reservation, the necessary personal data will be requested: name, identity card, dates of stay, number of persons, telephone and e-mail.
4.3. Confirmation of reservation
The reservation will remain confirmed and guaranteed only after full payment of the amount of the stay.
Once the payment is received, the Albergue send the client a written confirmation (email or message) with the details of the reservation.
4.4. Total payment in advance and maximum time
Any prior reservation implies the full payment of the total stay in advance.
The customer must make the payment within a maximum of 48 hours from the booking request.
The payment may be made by bank transfer or other means indicated by the Albergue.
Until payment is received and confirmed, the reservation shall not be considered effective and Albergue you may automatically cancel the reservation if it is not made within the specified time limit.
4.5. Guarantee of the reservation
The total payment guarantees the reserved place within the established check-in time.
If the customer is not present on the scheduled date and has not reported its cancellation in writing within the prescribed time limit, it shall be considered "non-submission" (see paragraph 6.3), without the right to reimbursement.
5. Prices and forms of payment
5.1. Prices
The prices published on the website or communicated by the Albergue are expressed in euro (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
Additional services (meals, laundry, etc.) not included in the base price must be paid separately.
5.2. Form and time of payment
- All reservations require the total payment in advanceto be carried out within a maximum of 48 hours from the booking request.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer or by the options offered.
- Until the payment has been received and confirmed, the reservation shall not be considered valid.
5.3. Payments during stay
The services contracted during the stay must be paid for at the time of delivery or at the time of the check-out.
5.4. Non-compliance with payment
The non-payment or non-verification of the income within the specified time limit shall mean the automatic cancellation of the reservation without the right to claim.
6. Cancellations, modifications and non-submission
6.1. Cancellations by the customer
The cancellation of your reservation must be requested in writing (e-mail or message) with at least 48 hours in advance on the date of arrival.
If the cancellation is made within that period, the amount paid shall be fully reimbursed by the same means of payment used.
No refunds shall be issued beyond that periodexcept for duly justified and accepted causes of force majeure Albergue.
6.2. Amendments to the reservation
Any change in dates, number of persons or type of accommodation must also be requested in writing and subject to availability.
If the amendment involves a change of rate, the conditions and prices in force at the time of the change shall apply.
6.3. No presentation (no-show)
If the customer is not present on the scheduled date and has not reported the cancellation within the specified time limit, a non-submissionand no refund will be made the amount paid.
6.4. Cancellation by the Albergue

7. Rules of stay and customer responsibility
7.1. Check-in and Check-out
The customer shall respect the established entry and exit times. Any late departure shall be subject to authorization and, where appropriate, to additional charges.

During the stay, the customer undertakes to respect the rules of living together of the Albergue: silence in rest hours, care of facilities, respect for other guests and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Serious non-compliance with these rules may be grounds for expulsion without the right to reimbursement.
7.3. Damage and losses
The customer shall be responsible for damage to facilities, furniture or equipment caused by abuse or negligence.
The Albergue is not liable for loss, theft or deterioration of personal property, unless otherwise provided by law.
8. Protection of personal data
8.1. The personal data provided by the customer shall be treated in accordance with the Privacy policy of the Albergue and the legislation in force (General Data Protection Regulation) —RGPD— and Spanish legislation).
8.2. The data shall be used exclusively for the management of reservations, billing and communication with the customer.
8.3. The customer may exercise his rights of access, rectification, deletion and other rights recognized by the regulations by sending a written request to the e-mail of the Albergue.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1. The Albergue shall not be liable for damage arising from causes beyond its control (electrical cuts, weather conditions, road incidents, administrative or third-party decisions, etc.).
9.2. In no case is the total responsibility of the Albergue may exceed the total amount paid by the client by his reservation.
9.3. If any of the clauses of these conditions are declared null or void, this shall not affect the rest of the content, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
10. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
10.1. These conditions are governed by the Spanish legislation and in particular by the rules applicable in the Foral Community of Navarra.
10.2. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these conditions, and where the law so permits, the parties are subject to the rules of the Courts of Navarra, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
